Fabrication and machining shop with EOT crane facility of 70 MT.The fabrication shop
can roll plates upto 120mm thick and other facilities include MIG welding, CNC profile
cutting (with oxyfuel and plasma), optical tracing profile cutting etc.
The machining facilities include lathes with 5mts bed length, Horizontal boring with
8mts horizontal traverse and 1.9 mts vertical traverse, Vertical boring machine capable of
taking 8 mts dia jobs, Gear hobbing facility to cut gears upto 8 mts dia and 50 module
etc.
Other facilities include dynamic balancing, shot blasting, oil fired stress relieving
furnace etc. |
