 MBE ventured into Open Cast Mining Machinery and has
supplied heavy duty machines of capacities that were hitherto not built by any Indian
company. Prestigious orders from Neyveli Lignite Corporation saw MBE manufacturing the
following :Bucket Wheel Excavator of 700 Ltr. capacity weight 1600 MT
working satisfactorily with an output of 3400 M3 /hr. (7100 TPH Overburden).
Spreader of 4420M3/hr. capacity having weight of 987 MT working
satisfactorily with an output of 9280 TPH Overburden.
Shiftable Conveyor of 20,000 TPH capacity with 2400mm wide belt having
drive of
6 x 1250KW, the highest capacity conveyor ever built in the country.
